Welcome to Valei Arts Tattoo Studio (“Valei Arts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, online store, or studio services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or scheduling services.

Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the site or services.

Appointments & Deposits

  • All deposits are nonrefundable.

  • Deposits are required to secure appointments and will be applied toward the final cost of your service unless otherwise stated.

  • Deposits remain valid for up to 90 days from the original booking date.

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Repeated no shows, cancellations, or reschedules may result in refusal of future booking privileges.

  • Valei Arts reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments at any time.

Pricing Disclaimer

Pricing varies depending on the artist, tattoo or piercing complexity, placement, detail, session length, and overall project requirements. Any pricing provided before an appointment should be considered an estimate and may change based on the final design or service performed. Large scale projects may require multiple sessions and additional deposits.

Tattoo & Piercing Services

All clients must provide valid government issued identification prior to receiving tattoo or piercing services.

Valei Arts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected intoxication

  • Unsafe or abusive behavior

  • Medical or skin related concerns

  • Inability to provide valid identification

  • Failure to comply with studio policies

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to services. Healing results may vary depending on skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, placement, and other individual factors. Touch ups are provided solely at artist discretion and may involve additional costs.

Minor Consent Requirements

  • Tattoo services are only available for minors ages 16–17 with proper notarized parental consent and required identification.

  • Piercing services for minors require notarized parental consent and valid identification for both the minor and parent/legal guardian.

  • Certain tattoos or piercings may not be performed on minors regardless of parental consent.

  • Parent or legal guardian presence is required during minor appointments.

Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all provided aftercare instructions.

Valei Arts is not responsible for complications, infections, allergic reactions, fading, or healing issues resulting from:

  • Improper aftercare

  • Excessive sun exposure

  • Swimming or water exposure

  • Picking or scratching

  • Failure to follow healing instructions

  • Pre existing skin or medical conditions

Merchandise & Online Sales

  • All online sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Claims regarding damaged or incorrect merchandise must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Valei Arts reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet policy requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, artwork, images, text, graphics, branding, and designs, is the property of Valei Arts or its respective artists and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Third Party Services

Our website may include links to third party websites, booking systems, payment processors, or social media platforms. Valei Arts is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third party services.

Limitation of Liability
